What information do we collect

When you register or place an order with us, we will ask you for a number of pieces of information, such as your name, business name and status (salon or mobile), address, email and phone number. If you are placing an order, we will ask for your payment card number, expiry date and CVV number. We may also ask for information to ensure we recommend the right products to you and/or your clients. We will collect information using the following methods: Website enquiries/orders, social media, reviews and training courses, enquiry forms at PR events/shows and competitions

What do we use this information for

When you browse our website or shop with us, we will collect information about your online browsing, history and purchasing through cookies, for the purposes of enhancing and personalising your experience when visiting the website. These cookies can be changed through your cookie settings.

This information will be used to help keep you updated on new products, exclusive offers, vouchers, suggest recommendations on existing products, and inform you of our forums, product questions, reviews, and any upcoming events or special offers

Protecting your personal information

Warranty on HVLP Machines

Our 12 month Warranty is limited to parts failure replacement only and is subject to and is subject to

 

1) the equipment being used correctly and reasonable wear and tear only

2) that regular maintenance/cleaning  of equipment being undertaken throughout ownership

3) that the equipment has not been tampered with 

4) the equipment has been utilised only by personnel that have completed our simply CBD bronzer training 

 

Claim Procedures 

The claimant must contact us by e mail cbdbronze@gmail.com and confirm 

a) Name ,address and telephone number together with simply cbd bronzer training certification number

b) Type of machine together with machine serial number,date and purchase 

c) Full description of fault 

d) details of any remedial action the claimant has undertaken in any attempts to rectify the fault

 

Once your claim has been logged we will provide you with a unique warranty claim reference number and advise you of where to send your machine which must be quoted together with a print off of our correspondence when returning your faulty equipment 

 

Exclusions and counter claims 

in the event any faults are found to be as a result of lack of maintenance ,over or inappropriate usage and or damage caused through neglect Simply cbd bronzer reserves the right to notify you of any repair costs that you may incur in the repair of your equipment
