Warranty on HVLP Machines
Our 12 month Warranty is limited to parts failure replacement only and is subject to and is subject to
1) the equipment being used correctly and reasonable wear and tear only
2) that regular maintenance/cleaning of equipment being undertaken throughout ownership
3) that the equipment has not been tampered with
4) the equipment has been utilised only by personnel that have completed our simply CBD bronzer training
The claimant must contact us by e mail and confirm
a) Name ,address and telephone number together with simply cbd bronzer training certification number
b) Type of machine together with machine serial number,date and purchase
c) Full description of fault
d) details of any remedial action the claimant has undertaken in any attempts to rectify the fault
Once your claim has been logged we will provide you with a unique warranty claim reference number and advise you of where to send your machine which must be quoted together with a print off of our correspondence when returning your faulty equipment
Exclusions and counter claims
in the event any faults are found to be as a result of lack of maintenance ,over or inappropriate usage and or damage caused through neglect Simply cbd bronzer reserves the right to notify you of any repair costs that you may incur in the repair of your equipment
